Nikki was responsive to put needs. Having not lived in rhe territory for several years and be ause of lockdowns I had to rely on Nikki for her expertise and she did not disappoint. Everything was seamless and she gave me an option which ended up being the unit we bought. Her agency is now managing our unit and are so easy to work with.
