My wife and I went to Darwin in early January of this year for a short holiday with the intention of purchasing a Unit in Town, if we found one that suited us. Upon arrival we went to a couple of the 'Larger Agencies'. We felt as if we were being treated like 'Tyre Kickers' by them with little or no interest to our inquiry. We were somewhat put off by the experience and were going to Can the whole idea. Fortunately we went for a drive around town and saw a Core Realty sign on the balcony of a unit in Larrakeyah. We contacted Nikki and she took us through the property the next morning. Nikki was very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is very honest, relaxed and at no time did she make us feel like we were under any pressure to make a decision. We returned to Sydney, checked our finances and went over our options.
