Nikki is the epitome of professionalism and customer focused service. Her knowledge of the NT property market is second to none and this was evident in the consulations that we had in the lead up to the sale of the property. The property was marketed at a price point that we were very happy with and the final sale price was for that amount, which left us feeling very satisfied. Everything was clearly explained to us and the communication was excellent with weekly round ups via email as well as regular phone calls to explain where negotiations were up to. I believe one of the key strengths that Nikki posesses is that she is a genuine person who wants to ensure that both the seller and buyer walk away happy. She works so hard to make sure that the whole process is as smooth and hassle free as possible and it definitely reduces the stress of selling a property.
